Brady Campaign Report Reveals NRA as Biggest Loser

With your ongoing support, the Brady Campaign was able to issue an in-depth report immediately following the election called Guns & The 2008 Elections: Common Sense Gun Laws Won, The NRA Lost, & What it Means.

It highlights that the National Rifle Association spent millions on attack ads targeting the Obama-Biden ticket and failed. The report also shows that support for gun laws is a winning message for politicians and not a political "wedge" issue. It makes the case that voters want sensible solutions to protect their families and communities from gun violence.
